Anyway, I am not that tech geek. I found out about Twixtor by reading the comments. But the effect is pretty cool.

Borborygmus (pl. borborygmi) (pronounced [ˌborbərˈɪɡməs]) also known as stomach growling, is the rumbling sound produced by the movement of gas through the intestines. The word borborygmus is an onomatopoeia for this rumbling.
